On December 28, 2024 around 8:35 p.m., an armed robbery occurred at Best Beauty on Auburn Avenue. A male suspect entered the store armed with a pistol and stole an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the scene.
Arrest Made in Deadly Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Accident

On December 10, 2024, Columbus Police Officers responded to the 3600 block of Victory Drive in reference to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found Heather Spillers, 43, with severe injuries.
