Johnny Floyd - Safety Coordinator

The responsibilities of the Drivers Training Program are to conduct initial drivers training, refresher drivers training, remedial drivers training for all City Employees. The Safety Coordinator Also Certifies City Employees in Flagging and Work Zone Safety. We also do CPR/AED Training and other Safety Training. We do Commercial Drivers License testing for the state of Georgia and City Employees. Additional responsibilities include serving as the Safety Officer for the Department of Public Works ensuring all safety measures are adhered to by all Employees of this department. We also do Accident and Injuries Investigation for Risk Management. We have a Safety Team that conducts Safety Inspection on all city Vehicles and works sites.
