The Columbus Consolidated Government reaffirms its commitment to equal employment opportunity. The Columbus Consolidated Government will not discriminate against any employee or applicant in employment decisions based on race, age, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability. The Affirmative· Action Plan reflects an analysis of the Columbus Consolidated Government's workforce characteristics, personnel policies and procedures, and where appropriate, goals and timetables for future employment decisions. The Plan further establishes a written commitment to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action to be communicated to and supported by all staff personnel, Department Directors, Division Chiefs, Supervisors, Managers and Employees of the Columbus Consolidated Government.
The Affirmative Action Plan is updated annually in keeping with our commitment to the principles of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
