This restriction does not apply to licensed vehicle dealers. Emissions testing is required annually for vehicle registration in the following metro Atlanta counties: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding, and Rockdale. NO ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR EMISSIONS.

• 13.5% Online Buyer's Premium plus an additional 3% internet platform fee
• $60 Administrative / Title Fee per vehicle

REMOVAL DEADLINE & DETAILS:

• We recommend that all purchased items be removed from the auction site on the day of the event. All items must be removed by Wed. Oct.7 by 2PM NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items not removed by this deadline will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert to the auction company for resale at a later date.
