Network Operations

The Network Team consists of the Network Operations Manager, two Network Engineers, and a Telecommunications Engineer. We are responsible for the connectivity of the computers and phones on the CCG network. We handle the creation and deployment of servers, virtual (VMware and Hyper V) machines, VoIP phones, wireless access points, and domain and email accounts for each user. When there are problems the PC Technicians can’t handle, they are escalated to the Network Team to resolve. We also lead in the implementation of new technologies in the hardware and software fields on the CCG network.
