Jason Buchanan MD received his medical degree from Penn State University in Hershey, PA in 2001. He completed his training in Family Medicine at United Health Services, Johnson City Family Medicine Program in Binghamton, NY. He's spent the past 20 years in both solo and group private practice, urgent care as well as multiple years serving American service members and veterans for the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs in New York, Ohio, Guam and Japan.
Colette Daniel obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Troy University. She has over 38 years of nursing experience, working in many diverse areas to include neonatal, pediatric, oncology, hospice and primary care. Colette is duly certified by both the ANCC and the AANP. She maintains certifications in pediatrics, hospice and palliative care and oncology. Colette has also worked as a Sub-Investigator in clinical research with over 30 clinical trials in Phase I through IV. She has served as adjunct faculty/advisor for Troy University in the Nurse Practitioner program since 2007. Colette has been a guest lecturer for many schools and organizations.
Valerie Little NP-C is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned her Master's Degree of Nursing with a dual specialty in Family Practice and Palliative Care. Valerie has worked in Hospice and Palliative Care, Veteran's Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care and Occupational Medicine. Since 2016, Valerie has served as part-time Clinical Faculty in the Nurse Practitioner Program at Columbus State University. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Amy Spradlin, CHES has been working in health education for many years with experience in both clinical and community settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the Georgia College & State University and her Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Liberty University. Amy enjoys traveling and reading.
