Welcome to the Columbus 311 Citizens Service Center!

At Columbus 311, our goal is simple: to make it easier for you to connect with your local government. Whether you need to report an issue, request a City service, ask a question, or simply find the right department, our team is here to help.

Since its establishment in 2000, Columbus 311 has served as the centralized service and information center for Columbus Consolidated Government. What began as an effort to give citizens one convenient point of contact continues today, with more ways than ever to connect with us.

You can reach Columbus 311 by dialing 3-1-1 within Columbus or 706-653-4000. Our Citizen Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM. After hours, callers may leave a message for processing on the next business day. Residents can also use the Columbus 311 mobile app and our Online Portal to submit and track service requests.

Our role goes beyond answering calls. We work with City departments to receive, route, monitor, and follow up on citizen service requests. The information you provide also helps us identify service trends and better understand our community's needs.

Please remember that 311 is for non-emergency government services and information. For police, fire, or medical emergencies, always call 9-1-1.
