You must be registered by the 5th Monday prior to an election to be eligible to vote.

Present one of the approved forms of identification: GA drivers license, valid GA ID card, valid U.S. passport, valid employee ID card containing a photograph issued by any branch, department, agency, or entity of the United States government, this state, or any county, municipality, board, authority, or other entity of this state; valid U.S. military ID card with a photograph; valid tribal ID card containing a photograph.

Yes, on Election Day, you do have to vote at your assigned precinct. During early and advance voting, you may vote at any of the available sites.

You must be disabled or 65 years of age or older to be eligible for the absentee automatic ballot list and you must request that ballots be sent to you for every election. You must make that request at the beginning of EVERY year.

Public Service Commissioner Runoff

  • Democrat runoff for PSC District 3 is July 15, 2025.
  • All precincts open from 7am to 7pm.
  • If you are registered and did not vote in the primary, you are eligible to vote in the Democrat runoff.
  • If you voted a Democrat ballot in the primary, you are eligible to vote in the Democrat runoff.
  • If you voted a Republican ballot in the primary, you are NOT eligible to vote in the Democrat runoff.
  • Early voting - City Services Center July 7-11, 2025.
